This base is made with a synthetic polymer called Hydrogenated Polyisobutene which is combined with copolymers to create a very safe hydrocarbon gel with professional-quality softening, and moisture-locking effects.

USAGE & CLEANUP
Versagel can be mixed with mineral pigments and other oils. The consistency is very thick and provides a great medium for mica powders. It is colorless, so keep in mind that adding oils like jojoba may tint the color slightly.
Because of the thick consistency, Versagel can be tricky to work with. You can clean the product off by wiping it with a dry paper towel. A paper towel with rubbing alcohol can help clean up small amounts of residue as well. For stubborn messes like leftover gel in a mixing bowl, you can solubilize (help dissolve) the gel by working in a few drops of oil such as fractionated coconut, mineral, or castor oil, then wash with soap and water.
