Returns

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of order delivery date.  Please contact us if we made a mistake, have any product or order concerns, or if you would like to start a return -- we would like to make things right. Email us at info@diykitcreations.com

Customers who refuse shipments for reasons other than loss/damage while in the possession of the carrier may not be refunded for any original shipping costs. Any additional charges imposed on customer-refused or rejected packages, such as carrier imposed return shipping charges, carrier storage charges, government duties & taxes, and carrier fees, may be deducted from your refund, depending on why the package was refused.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax from customers located in the state of New Jersey as required by law.

We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order for any reason; this includes, but is not limited to suspected fraud, inventory errors, and pricing errors. A full refund will be processed immediately.
