Shipping (United States)
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $35 or more within the contiguous US. For customers outside of this area, enjoy discounted standard shipping rates (available on the checkout page prior to submitting payment).
We now have new simpler flat rate shipping options. All items (except for nail polish) are also available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US overseas territories including most APO/FPO/DPO addresses around the world (including Antarctica!).
Estimated transit times to US addresses are below:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
- Priority Shipping (1-3 business days)
- Express (1 business day*)
*2 Business days to some rural addresses.
Please contact us at 877-244-1026 for special shipping or large order express shipping requests. We use UPS and USPS for shipping. If you have a carrier preference, email info@diykitcreations.com before your order ships and we will try to accommodate your request.
Orders over 10 lbs may require a street address or PO box with USPS Street Addressing Service. We will promptly contact you in the event that we cannot ship to a PO box due to size.
Shipping (Non-US Customers)
Customers can select between DHL, UPS or the United State Postal Service (USPS) at checkout. UPS and DHL tend to be quicker as there typically is no hand off between multiple carriers. Times may vary depending on customs and carrier transfers (if required). Available services and prices to your location along will be available after entering your shipping address at checkout. You are responsible for your own duty and taxes, including but not limited to GST/HST.
DIY Kit Creations operates and is located in the United States. Our products are available for shipping to select destinations for personal use. If you are importing for resale or a business, you are fully responsible for complying with all import rules, laws, requirements, and restrictions for your area.
Returns
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of order delivery date. Please contact us if we made a mistake, have any product or order concerns, or if you would like to start a return -- we would like to make things right. Email us at info@diykitcreations.com

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax from customers located in the state of New Jersey as required by law.

We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order for any reason; this includes, but is not limited to suspected fraud, inventory errors, and pricing errors. A full refund will be processed immediately.
