Shipping & Returns
Most orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We generally use First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express services for shipping and send out orders Monday through Friday. USPS helps us best serve our customers throughout the United States, including those in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US overseas territories. Unless stated on the product page, we can ship Priority Mail (air service) to most APO/FPO/DPO addresses around the world (even Antarctica!).
For very large and bulk orders that have elected standard shipping, we may ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of order date. We generally do not accept returns of open items due to the nature of our products (beauty and personal care).
